Wonderful Whiting Louis XV Sterling Silver Sauce or Gravy Boat

Presented is a wonderful sterling silver gravy boat from Whiting. This piece is in the Louis XV pattern, which was patented in 1891. This piece displays the classic scroll pattern details around the rim of the piece and around the foot. One of the sides is monogrammed, AWF in a flowing script and “March 1st, 1894”.
The underside of the piece is marked sterling along with the maker's mark for Whiting.
This piece is in great overall condition. There is one small ding on the side without the monogram, visible in the 2nd photo.
There are no breaks, no splits, and no repairs.
Capacity: about 12 ounces
Measurements: 9 1/4 inches from handle to handle, 4 inches wide, and 4 1/4 inches tall
Weight: 318 grams or 11.2 ounces -kc
