Wonderful Tiffany Co Wave Edge Sterling Silver Large Fish Server 12"

Presented is a wonderful sterling silver fish server from Tiffany & Co. This piece is in the classic Wave Edge pattern, which was patented in 1884. The pattern displays elegant shells and scrolls along both sides of the handle. The serving end has nice chased scroll details. The reverse is marked sterling along with the maker's mark for Tiffany & Co and the patent date. This piece is in excellent overall condition. The pattern details are well-defined. It is likely that there is a monogram removal to the front. The removal has been done very well, please see photos. There are no current monograms, no breaks, and no repairs.
