Presented is a wonderful Chinese soapstone sculpture from the late 1800s to early 1900s. This piece displays fancy daisy flowers and urns. There is one large urn at the center of piece and three smaller bud vases across the back. The front displays two basin dishes. All of these could be filled with water to hold flowers or plants. The sculpture shows classical Chinese style cut-outs at the base.
The sculpture is in great overall condition. This piece has great earth tones in the stone and is quite clean. Despite the many delicate carved details, there are no breaks and no repairs. The piece is big and heavy.
