VTG Shashi 24k Vermeil Sterling Silver Purple Cloisonné Enamel Flower Earrings

Presented is a sweet pair of gold washed, enameled, handmade pierced earrings.

These earrings are by Shashi and came to us as part of a collection of Shashi earrings most of which still have their original signed packaging, but this is one of three pairs which do not.

They are made from 24k gold washed sterling silver, also known as vermeil.

These pieces are made in China.

The enamel is beautiful!  The earrings feature purple flowers, set with blue and yellow enameled details.  The flower centers and petals are finely rendered.

The enamel is in great shape. The earrings have some spots of tarnish or wear on the back, but nothing visible on the front.
