VTG Dyed Blue Jasper Six Strand Bead Bracelet w 14k Gold Diamond Sapphire Clasp
Presented is a lovely vintage blue stone bead bracelet with a 14 karat gold,
diamond and sapphire clasp. This piece dates to around the 1950s-1970s and is
likely of American make. The bracelet consists of six strands of round dyed blue
jasper beads measuring about 5 millimeters in diameter. The clasp which serves
as a focal point of the bracelet is done in a lovely floral design in yellow
gold with white gold in the center of the petals, each set with a sparkling
diamond. The tab part of the clasp, at the opposite end of the bracelet, has a
raised florette set with six round cut sapphires surrounding a single diamond.
Ten diamonds in total, probably 12-15 points in diamond weight. The clasp has a
safety latch on one side for additional security.
all intact. The clasp functions well and closes securely.
The tab of the clasp is stamped 14k, as well as a maker's mark we
unfortunately do not recognize.
The bracelet is about 8 inches long, not including the tongue of the clasp
which does not contribute to the overall length when worn.
The bracelet weighs 43.2 grams or 1.5 regular ounces.
