Presented is a fine sterling silver cold meat serving fork made by Whiting Manufacturing Company. The fork is done in the desirable old Louis XV pattern which was first produced in 1891.
The fork is marked on the reverse with the maker’s mark for Whiting, Sterling and Pat. 1891.
The condition is excellent. The fork has some surface wear commensurate with age and light use and some dings here and there, but this is minor. There are no dents, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
The serving fork is 8 7/8 inches long.
