Presented is a fine quality, sterling silver carving set made by Stieff. This set is in the Betsy Patterson pattern, which was patented in 1932. The front of each sterling handle is monogrammed with a finely engraved A initial. The blade and tines are stainless steel. Both pieces have rests at the top of their handles.
The handles are marked for sterling silver and the blade and tines are marked stainless.
This set is in excellent overall condition, there is minor surface wear commensurate with age and use but there are no damages and no repairs.
