Presented is a fine set of 3 Norwegian silver serving pieces including a sauce ladle and a pair of two-tined serving forks. The handle has a wonderful hammered finish topped with applied flower and scroll decoration. The pattern is very similar to the Hardanger pattern made by Magnus Aase of Bergen. All three pieces are engraved on the back of the handles with a W monogram in a fancy script.
Each piece is hallmarked on the reverse with 830S and NM. The ladle is marked with K. Hagen and the forks are marked with KH for the retailer.
The condition is excellent. There are no dents, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.
The sauce ladle is 5 1/4 inches long.
The two-tined serving forks are each 6 1/4 inches long.
