Vintage c1940 Tall Lighthouse Antique Form Redlich Sterling Silver Teapot 9 1/4"

Presented is a handsome, sterling silver tea, coffee or demitasse pot made by Redlich & Company. The tall body is raised on a step, pedestal base and the hinged lid has a great pineapple finial. The classically designed handle is wooden and has a glossy finish over it. This piece was probably made in the 1930s to the 1950s.

The underside is marked with the Redlich & Co hallmark, the product number and the capacity and sterling.

This piece is in superb condition. The long spout has a shallow dent where it has been slightly pushed back, the side of the spout closest to the body of the pot and near the base of the spout. This is not really visible and certainly will not interfere with the use of the pot. There is some missing spots of varnish on the wood but the handle is solid with no play. There are no other dents, no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs.

The teapot measures 6 1/2 inches from handle to tip of spout, is 9 1/4 inches tall and weighs 484 grams or 17 ounces or 15.6 troy ounces.
