Vintage/Antique 14K Yellow Gold & Carved Shell Cameo Landscape Pin/Brooch

Presented is an antique, 14 karat yellow gold and carved shell cameo brooch or pin made during the early to mid 1900s. The 14 karat gold mounting is done in an openwork leaf, flower and swirl form. The center is securely bezel set with a finely carved cameo depicting a landscape and a couple of women. The clasp has a removable safety latch for added security.

The back has an applied plaque marked 14K.

This piece is in excellent overall condition.

The cameo measures 2 by 1 5/8 inches.
