Presented is a fabulous vintage 14 karat yellow gold, diamond and ruby ring. The ring is prong set with two oval cut rubies, about 15 points each in size. The rubies are a gorgeous rich red, beautifully cut to maximize their depth and clarity. Surrounding the rubies are 11 modern brilliant cut diamonds of varying sizes, totaling about half a carat in weight. The diamonds are vibrant dazzling stones of VS clarity and H color. The ring has a stylish asymmetrical design that is very eye-catching.
The ring is in great condition. The stones are well set with no chips and only the most minor of surface abrasions. The band has no breaks and no repairs. The ring is stamped and guaranteed 14k, as well as a maker's mark that looks like W&S. The ring is a size 7, but it could easily be resized by your local jeweler. The ring is about 16.5 millimeters at the widest point and about 2 millimeters at the narrowest point. The ring weighs 4.8 grams.-jm
