Victorian c1865 14k Rose Gold Enamel Pearl Bar Pin Brooch
Regular price
$374.40
Presented is a lovely, 14 karat rose gold bar pin from the 1860s. This Victorian
piece is most certainly American. The form is interesting, and there are lovely
black enamel designs on either end. The center has a raised piece of gold and is
set with three small natural pearls in a clover form. The body of the pin is
finely textured with a pebble finish.
Although this piece is not marked, we have tested it with nitric acid and
guarantee it to be 14 karat purity.
This piece is in excellent overall condition, especially for its age. There
is a single small split on reverse but it does not affect this pin in a
structural way, please see the photo with arrow. One end of the pin is also
missing some enamel. There are no missing pieces, no repairs and no problems
other than those already mentioned.
The pin measures 2 1/4 inches wide and weighs 5.1 grams.
