Victorian 19th Century 14K Yellow Gold Etruscan Revival Pin Brooch

Presented is a lovely, 14 karat gold pin from the late 1800s. The pin is made out of solid 14 karat rose gold and it has a deep, high karat yellow gold wash. A small amount of deep yellow high karat gold color has worn off revealing the
rose gold color underneath. This piece is solid 14 karat gold. The barbell shaped pin is ornately decorated with classic applied gold wires and beads. This is a fine quality piece of Etruscan Revival jewelry.

Although this piece is not marked, it has been tested with nitric acid and is guaranteed to be 14 karat purity.

This piece is in excellent condition. There is some wear to the yellow gold wash in some places, as you can see the rose gold shows through a little in the photos below. There are no missing pieces, no dents, no breaks, no splits and no repairs.

The pin measures 2 1/4 inches long.

The pin weighs 4.6 grams.
