Presented is a neat, retro, sterling silver baby rattle made by Towle around the mid to late 1900s. The round rattle is in the form of a smiling clown face and he has a bright red enameled nose.
The back is marked Towle, 85 for the year or product number and sterling.
This piece is in good condition for its age. There is surface wear and small dents commensurate with age and use, but no breaks or repairs.
