Unique Native American Green Blue Turquoise Ring Size 5.75

I believe this to be Native American but as is common, I do not have a clear maker's mark. There is a word scratched into the silver on the back that seems to read "az7ae."

Fine quality handmade sterling silver ring. Not marked, but guaranteed to be sterling silver.

The face of the ring is 1 1/4 inches long.  

This ring is a size 5.75.
