Presented is a fine sterling silver coffee pot or teapot made by Tiffany & Company. This piece is done in a classic English Georgian form that was first produced around the 1720s. It has a nice wooden handle and an elegant smooth finish design on the body. The front of the pot is engraved with CES in a nice script.
The underside of the pot is marked with Tiffany & Co. Makers, Sterling Silver, and the capacity of 2 Pints. This piece was probably made in the middle of the 1900s.
The condition is excellent. The handle is tight to the body. The pot is clean on the interior and ready to use. There are no dents, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.
The pot measures 8 1/4 inches wide from handle to spout and 9 1/2 inches tall.
