Presented is a great pair of ruby and diamond 18K white gold earrings. The center of each earring is set with six rubies arranged in floral fashion around a diamond. Radiating gold wires in 6 distinct clusters resemble either sunbursts or a rays of light. A lovely pair! They were likely made in Europe in the past 40 years.
The earrings are marked on the reverse of the radiating wires with 750 for 18K. The earring backs are marked on the backs with 585 for 14K. We have tested the earrings and backs with nitric acid and guarantee the dangling portion with the gems is 18K, and guarantee the stud, button cap on the stud and backs to be 14K gold.
The condition is excellent. There are no breaks, no cracks, no splits, no dents, no chips and no repairs.
The earrings measure 1 1/4 inches long.
The combined weight is 8.1 grams.
