Presented is a lovely vintage sterling silver and pearl pin or brooch. This is a Japanese piece, dating to around the 1950s-1960s. The pin is set with 6 pearls, about 5-5.2 millimeters in size. The pearls have a lovely rich lustre, with attractive pink highlights. The pin is made in the form of a five-petaled flower, with the pearls in the middle. The pin has a capped safety clasp, as well as a loop in the back so it can be worn as a pendant.
The pin is stamped and guaranteed sterling silver.
The pin is in great condition. The pearls are clean and securely set. The clasp functions well and closes securely. There are no breaks and no repairs.
