Presented is a beautiful pair of 14 karat gold and rhodolite garnet earrings.
Prong set in the center of each earring is an oval cut rhodolite garnet of about
3 carats in size, a gorgeous naturally purplish red stone. Above this is a
modern brilliant cut diamond, of about 15 points, of H color and with great
clarity. The overall effect is quite regal, wine red garnet, sparkling diamond
and rich gold--the very definition of fit for a queen. These are clip on
earrings with omega-style backs, suitable for non-pierced or pierced ears.
These earrings are in great condition. Both of the diamonds have small chips,
but these are quite hard to notice without using a jeweler's loupe. The earring
backs have good strong springs. There are no splits and no repairs.
The reverse of each earring is stamped with 14k, as well as a maker's mark
which we unfortunately do not recognize.
Each earring is approximately 1 inch long.
