Presented is a very high quality, platinum, diamond and ruby ring in a size 8. This modern piece has a high quality platinum filigree mounting that is set with 30 diamonds in total. The diamonds are nice quality stones, SI-VS clarity and H color. The center is set with a pigeon blood red ruby. The ruby is a great size and measures 9.8mm X 8mm and is 4.02 carats. Included with this ring is a certificate of authenticity from Thai Gem. The ring is a size 8 and we
have a jeweler on site that can resize the ring for an additional fee.
The inside of the band is marked plat for platinum purity. This piece has been tested with nitric acid and is guaranteed to be platinum.
This piece is in excellent overall condition. We think this ruby might be glass filled, but it is difficult to tell. The color is great, and it has inclusions that are only noticeable when you are viewing the stone under magnification. This ring has a great look at a very good price. The workmanship on the band is lovely.
