Presented is a beautiful pair of pearl and diamond earrings in 14 karat white
gold. These earrings are made by Fisher & Co of Newark, New Jersey, and
probably date to the 1950s or 60s. Each earring is set with two pearls of about
7.1 millimeters each, very well matched in size and color, with fantastic lustre.
Each earring is set with 5 modern brilliant cut diamonds, of VS-1 to VVS-1
clarity and F/G color, very bright and clean stones. The total diamond weight is
about a quarter of a carat. These are lovely and very classic earrings with a
timeless feel, made from quality materials. The backs are screw post style, very
secure, can be worn on either pierced or non pierced ears.
The post backs are stamped 14k and have a maker's mark for Fisher & Co of
Newark, New Jersey. These earrings are guaranteed 14 karat gold purity.
The earrings are in great condition. The diamonds are securely set. The
pearls have very smooth surfaces and are securely set. There are no problems.
Each earring is about 3/4 of an inch long.
