Presented is a fabulous pair of 14 karat gold and lapis lazuli earrings. Each earring is set with a beautifully carved piece of lapis lazuli in a ribbed design. The lapis lazuli is a gorgeous rich deep blue, with natural flecks of pyrite inclusion like stars in a night sky. The settings are done in a similar ridged type of design as the lapis, except oriented vertically instead of horizontally. These earrings have clip style backs with posts, for pierced ears, though a jeweler could remove the posts for wear with unpierced ears if you prefer.
This pair of earrings is in great overall condition. The clipbacks have a good strong spring mechanism. The lapis lazuli stones are securely set, with no chips.
Each earring is stamped and guaranteed 14 karat gold on both the earring and the post.
Each earring is about 3/4 of an inch in diameter.
