Presented is a beautiful 14 karat gold, sapphire and diamond ring. This is a relatively modern ring, likely made in America. The central stone of the ring is a pear-cut sapphire in a bezel setting, of about 20 points in size. Surrounding the sapphire are 36 bead-set modern brilliant cut diamonds, of about 1 point each in size, for about 36 points of diamond weight, or just over a third of a carat. The diamonds are vibrant, dazzling stones with a lot of life and fire, set in both white and yellow gold for an interesting contrast.
The ring is in great condition. The sapphire and diamonds are well set. There are no breaks or repairs to the band.
The band is stamped and guaranteed 14k and has a maker's mark, which is unfortunately too worn to read.
The ring is a size 5 1/4.
