Striking VTG Handmade Tibet/Nepal Sterling Silver Red Coral Pendant
Regular price
$92.00
Presented is a very pretty sterling silver and coral pendant, made during the late 1900s. This piece is most likely Southeast Asian in origin, likely Tibet or Nepal. The sterling silver pendant is bezel set with a gorgeous piece of red coral in its naturally occurring shape, while the edge of the pendant is done in a ropetwist design. The decorative openwork bail is a good large size, so it will accommodate a wide variety of cord or chain styles, though we are leaving it on the chain on which it came to us.
The pendant is marked 925 for sterling silver purity. The chain is not silver. The chain does not contribute to the price of the pendant, we are including it as a bonus unless the buyer requests that we don't send it.
This piece is in excellent condition.
Pendant Length: 1 1/2 inches.
Pendant Weight: 11 grams.
Chain Length: 19 - 21 inches.
