Presented is a pretty little 14K gold and diamond solitaire ring. The ring is topped with a nice modern round brilliant cut diamond. The diamond has H color and SI clarity. The diamond is 4.3 mm in diameter and is approximately 35 points in size, or a little more than a 1/3 of a carat. The diamond is securely prong set in an attractive yellow gold setting with an openwork design on the sides. The ring is fairly modern, probably made in the 1950s or 1960s.
The ring is marked 14K on the inside of the band. We have tested it with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 14K gold.
