Presented is a nice quality 14K gold ladies’ wristwatch made by Sellita. The wristwatch has a square face with raised numerals on the dial as well as raised numerals around the edge of the case. The raised numerals and dashes, done in 14 karat white gold, around the outside of the dial really stand out. This gives the watch a wonderful Art Deco/Art Moderne look. The case is done in 14K gold and the band is made of 14K yellow gold links. The watch has a 17 jewel mechanical movement.

The watch is marked on the dial with Sellita, 17 Jewels, Incabloc Unbreakable Mainspring, Swiss Made. The movement is marked Rulon Watch Co. Swiss, 17 Jewels Unadjusted. The case is stamped 14KT on the reverse. We have tested the case and the band with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 14K gold. This watch was undoubtedly made between the 1930s through the 1950s.

The condition is excellent. The watch winds well and is keeping accurate time. I feel the watch actually looks better in person than it does in the photos. The dial is discolored or rubbed in some areas as the photos show. Although this is much less noticeable in person. Much of the edge of the dial is covered by the case. There are no chips, no cracks, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.

The watch band is 6 7/8 inches long.

The weight is 31.4 grams or 1.1 ounces.
