Regal Pair Victorian 18k Gold & Ruby Hand Engraved Oval Cufflinks

Presented is a regal pair of 18 karat gold and ruby cufflinks. These
cufflinks date to the late 1800s and are likely of American make. Each cufflink
is done as two oval buttons, finely hand engraved with rich foliate scrollwork.
In the center of each oval is a round ruby cabochon, very attractive with the
deep yellow gold. The rubies are real, mined-from-the-ground stones, verified by
our gemologist. The buttons of the cufflinks are connected by a simple long oval
link.

The cufflinks are in great condition. The details of the engraved designs are
nice and crisp. The rubies are securely set and in great shape. There are no
breaks and no repairs.

The cufflinks are 18 karat gold, nitric acid tested and guaranteed.

Each cufflink 'head' measures about 5/8 of an inch by 1/2 of an inch.

The total weight for the pair is 5.2 grams.
