Presented is a wonderful sterling silver serving spoon from Reed & Barton. This piece is in the Les Cinq Fleurs, which was patented in 1900. The pattern is a multi-motif pattern, and this piece matches the decorations for the salad serving fork. This piece displays Art Nouveau daffodils and leaves along both sides of the handle. The bowl has a subtle fluted shape. The spoon is monogrammed CBM in a flowing script.
The reverse is marked sterling along with the maker's mark for Reed & Barton and the patent date of May 22 1900.
