Rare c1900 Silver Filigree Cross Crucifix Rosary Necklace

Presented is a wonderful antique silver crucifix or rosary type necklace. This necklace dates to around the late 1800s or early 1900s, but it's hard to say where it was made. The chain consists of round filigree beads, each about 11 millimeters in diameter. The chain comes together in the front with a heart shaped filigree connector, which terminates in a length of chain with five more beads and then a prominent crucifix. The cross itself is done in very intricate and skillfully executed filigree wirework, while the Christ figure is solid, and nicely detailed. I don't know if this is the correct number of beads or the right arrangement for praying a rosary, but that is certainly what the design suggests. There is no clasp, as the chain is quite long and can easily be slipped over the head.
This rosary/necklace is in great overall condition. The filigree beads are all intact and none are crushed, but a fair amount have had small solder touch-ups or other slight restorations at some point in the past, perhaps as many as half. This is incredibly hard to notice without inspecting the piece carefully in strong light and knowing what to look for; it's hard to be sure what may be a touch-up and what is just a slight variation in the filigree. The filigree of the cross is all intact.
This piece is not stamped or hallmarked, but we have tested it with nitric acid and guarantee it to be at least 900 purity silver.
The total length is about 36 1/2 inches, which does not include the cross or the length of chain hanging above it. The width of the cross and “Y” section of chain is about 8 ½ inches. The crucifix measures about 3 ½ by 2 ¾ inches.
