Pre-1983 Corum Admiral's Cup 18k Watch

Presented is a stunning 18K Corum Admiral watch. This watch is done in 18k gold trim with a heavy gray metal body and links. The gold is a deep, rich shade of yellow. The gold is solid 18k and not plated. The dial has four smaller dials/chronographs that read off the month, day of the month, day of the week, and hour in a 24 hour day. The maker's mark is between the 4 and 5 o'clock position. The back of the case has its own crystal over a matte gold circle lined with nautical flags around the word Admiral. This Admiral watch has 10 sides. Either this watch was made before Corum introduced its iconic 12-sided case to the Admiral's Cup line in 1983, or Corum had a separate line of watches called Admiral that was different from Admiral's Cup.

The watch is marked with the maker's mark on the dial, crown, clasp, back of the case, and on the movement. The back is hallmarked Corum, Admiral, the model number 92.155.50 V-200 465729, and Water Resistant 10 ATM. The movement is marked Corum, 7 jewels, Swiss, and with the product number 291625. 

The condition is excellent. The crystal is perfect, with no scratches or dings. The watch is in excellent condition and keeping perfect time. There are no cracks, no breaks, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs. 

The watch comes with its original box. Some of the bracelet's links have been removed, and they are included in the box. 

The watch weighs 136.9 grams or 4.83 ounces. 
The size of the head including the crown is 36.59 mm.

New Corum watch which are similar sell for $20,000 to $40,000. This watch is much more handsome than all similar Corum watches that I have seen.
