Presented is a pair of fancy European or possibly American bronze and marble urns, likely produced in the 1860s-1870s. The bronze displays classical decorations with a detailed face on either side. The face is in a similar style to the green man or the north wind. Lion's heads on either side hold hanging handles. The pair have tall decorative handles and a tiered base.
The pair is in great overall condition, especially considering age. The bronze is great quality, very well cast. There is a bit of wear just from normal use. The pieces stand straight. No leans or wobbles.
