Presented is an antique copper wall hanging plaque depicting Napoleon Bonapart, dating to the late 1800s. The plaque is well made and nicely detailed, showing Napoleon in profile in high relief against a textured background.
This piece is in great condition. The epaulet may have had a dent and repair, but this is hard to notice from the front, though there is visible lead solder on the back. There are no other issues that I can see.
The plaque is about 5 inches long including the hanging loop at the top, or about 4 3/4 inches in diameter without it. -jm
