Presented is a fine American made pin in the shape of a racing horse and jockey. The texture of the gold is smooth and the lines of the horse and rider are quite stylized, giving the whole piece a fluid, in-motion feel. Dates to the 1940s-50s.
The clasp is stamped 14k.
This brooch is in excellent condition. The pin, clasp and spring mechanism all work great. There are no breaks, no splits, no repairs, and no problems.
