Presented is a lovely pair of retro 14 karat rose gold and sapphire earrings.
These earrings date to around the 1940s-1950s and are of American make. The
earrings are made in the form of five-petaled flowers, each set with six little
round cut sapphires for the stamens of the flowers. The sapphires are well
matched in their rich blue color, with a lot of life and sparkle for their size.
These earrings have clip style backs suitable for wear with pierced or unpierced
ears, though your local jeweler could easily convert them for wear with pierced
ears exclusively, by adding posts.
