Presented is a fabulous pair of 14 karat gold, opal and diamond earrings. These are American in origin and were made around the 1950s. The natural opals are securely prong set and they are not doublets or triplets, you can see the back of each stone. Each earring is set with a nice quality, modern brilliant cut diamond.
Each earring is marked 14K. This piece has been tested with nitric acid and is guaranteed to be 14 karat gold purity.
This pair is in excellent overall condition. There are no damages and no repairs.
Each earring measures 7/8 of an inch long and the combined weight of the pair is 5.3 grams.
