Lovely Early/Mid 1800s English Porcelain Floral Cachepot Jardiniere Planter

Presented is a fantastic quality antique porcelain cachepot or small jardiniere, dating to the first half of the 1800s, likely English. This piece is made in a classical form, like a low, double handled urn. The planter is white with beautifully hand painted floral decoration and elegant gilt detailing. Around the scroll form handles are applied figural decorations in the shape of raised, three dimensional flowers on leafy branches, of various colors, nicely detailed and well done.
There is a mark on the underside in underglaze blue.
This piece is in good overall condition. There is a small repair to the rim, visible in the fifth photo. Some minor chips/losses to the three dimensional flowers, as is very typical with this type of work. There is a fissure in the glaze of the bottom interior, which is original to the making of the piece. There are no other issues.
This piece measures about 5 1/2 inches across the handles, or about 4 1/2 inches in diameter without the handles, and stands about 4 inches tall at the rim. -jm
