Lovely C1920s 14k Gold Diamond Pearl Brooch Pin Pendant

Presented is a beautiful 14 karat gold, diamond and pearl brooch/pendant. This is an American piece of jewelry, from around the 1920s. The brooch is set with five diamonds of about I clarity and J color. The center diamond is at least 10 points, while the four diamonds around the circle are at least 8-9 points apiece. The total diamond weight is at least 42 points, maybe half a carat. There are four pearls interspersed with the outer ring of diamonds, well matched in size and color, about 4 millimeters apiece in diameter. The piece has a clasp with a safety mechanism as well as a retractable, pivoting bail, so it can be worn either as a pendant or a brooch.

This piece is in great condition. The pearls and stones are all set securely. The clasp functions well. There are no bends and no repairs. No problems whatsoever.
