Presented is a lovely vanity or dresser set from the early/mid 20th century. This set consists of a hand mirror, hair brush, clothes brush and comb. All the pieces display a beautiful pink guilloche enamel back with round machine turnings. The hand mirror has a nice bevel on the glass.
The mirror and both brushes are marked sterling along with the maker's mark, likely for Thomae Company, a 20th century Massachusetts maker. These marks are a little worn but mostly clear on the clothing brush.
This set is in good condition, especially considering age. The mirror has some minor clouding on the edges. The hair brush has a split under the bristles that has been pushed back down. There is also some loss in the paint on the wood under the bristles. The clothing brush has three small chips in the enamel on the edges. The comb has 3 chips on one side of the enamel and 2 chips on the other side. There are no monograms or monogram removals.

Hair Brush: 9 inches long and 2 3/8 inches wide
Clothes Brush: 7 inches long and 2 inches wide
Comb: 7 3/4 inches long
