Presented is a lovely coin silver serving spoon with an elegant pointed end, made circa 1790 to 1800. The piece displays a nice oval bowl in a versatile size. The front is monogrammed GC in a flowing script.
The reverse is marked with the mark JPT, likely for John Proctor Trott who was active from 1790.
This piece is in great overall condition, especially considering age. There are no breaks and no repairs.
