Late 1800s Towle Sterling Silver Beaded Punch / Fruit Bowl
Presented is a lovely antique sterling silver bowl. This bowl was made by Towle and dates to the late 1800s. This bowl is made in a classical form, with delicate fluted designs to the interior. The bowl has an applied border around the rim in a bold beaded design. The bowl stands on a low pedestal type foot, with matching beaded border. Great for use as a small punch bowl, fruit bowl, or however else you might like.
This piece is in excellent overall condition. There is some minor surface wear, but nothing excessive or easy to notice. There are no splits, no dents, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
This piece is stamped with the Towle maker's mark as well as sterling
The bowl measures about 8 ¾ inches in diameter and stands about 4 inches tall.
