Presented is a fine set of 12 International Silver Co sterling silver seafood, cocktail, or hors d'oeuvre forks. These forks are done in the elegant Fontaine pattern, which began production in 1924. This pattern features a lovely motif of bellflowers, shells, and leaves on the handle, front and back. Each fork is monogrammed LSC in flowing script.
This set is in great condition. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
Each fork is stamped on the stem with the International Silver Co maker's mark as well as sterling and the patent date of 1924.
Each fork measures about 5 1/2 inches long.
The total weight for the set is 234 grams or 8.3 regular ounces. -jm
