Presented is a beautiful set of 10 vintage Chinese cloisonne napkin rings, made in the 20th century but in a timeless style. The napkin rings feature various classical imagery in the form of colorful flowers, birds and trees, with fine gilt wirework forming the borders between colors of enamel and picking out stylized cloud patterns in the background. The napkin rings are mostly cobalt blue with sky blue borders, though one is a sky blue background instead.
This set is in excellent condition. Six are still in plastic wrapping. The enamel is all in great shape. No breaks and no repairs.
Each napkin ring measures about 2 inches in diameter and 1 inch wide. -jm
