Presented is a great Russian silver salt cellar from Moscow. There are lovely engravings around the exterior of the bowl. The interior has a slight gold wash. The piece stands on 3 ball feet.
The underside of the piece is marked with the Russian 84 mark representing about .875 purity silver. It is also marked with the Moscow city mark and the year 1887.
This piece is in excellent condition. There are no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
The piece measures about 2 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches tall. Weight: 28.3 grams or 1 ounce
