Presented is a very attractive, 18 karat yellow gold and sapphire ring. The front is securely prong set with a grouping of 31 sapphires. The largest, center sapphire measures 4.6 millimeters in diameter. It appears that only 1 of the sapphires has been replaced and is slightly lighter in color than the others. The band or mounting of the ring has a wonderful rope-form design. The ring is a size 6 1/2 and it could be resized by your local jeweler.

This piece has been tested with nitric acid and is guaranteed to be 18 karat gold purity.

This piece is in excellent overall condition. Only one of the stones appears to be a replacement. There are no other replacements, no breaks and no repairs.

The ring is a size 6 1/2 and weighs 8.1 grams.
