Gorgeous 18k White Gold ~1.43ct Diamond ~2ct Ruby Open Heart Pendant Earring Set

Presented is a stunning 18 karat white gold ruby and diamond earring and pendant set. These are fairly contemporary pieces, likely of American make. The pendant and earrings are made in a stylized open heart design, set along half the surface with rubies and with diamonds on the other half.
The rubies are set in gold that has been oxidized to a dark color, while the gold surrounding the diamonds is white, for an appealing two tone effect that is very striking.
The pendant is set with 81 modern brilliant cut diamonds, totaling about 1.25 carats, and 97 rubies, totaling at least 1.5 carats, maybe as much as 2. The earrings, between the two of them, are set with 18 diamonds and 50 rubies, granting an additional half carat of ruby weight and about 18 points of diamond weight. Total diamond weight for the set is 1.43 carats, total ruby weight at least 2 carats, maybe 2.5.
The diamonds are vibrant, dazzling stones of mostly SI clarity and H color. The rubies are nice as well, with a nice pink-red color.
The earrings have omega style clip backs with posts, for wear with pierced ears.
The pendant's bail is a good large size, so the pendant can accommodate a wide variety of chain sizes and styles. These pieces are not stamped or hallmarked that we can find, but we have tested all pieces with nitric acid and guarantee them to be 18 karat gold. This jewelry set is in excellent condition. All the rubies and diamonds are intact. The earring clip backs have a good strong spring mechanism. No breaks and no repairs. The pendant measures about 3 ¼ by 1 ¾ inches. The earrings each measure about 1 1/8 by 1 inch. The total weight for the set is 24.4 grams.
