Presented is a very attractive, 14 karat yellow gold and amethyst pendant necklace. The amethyst is natural and is a lovely shade of deep purple. The stone is securely prong set in its mounting. The amethyst measures 18.2 by 13.1 by 8.9 millimeters and is approximately 12.3 carats. The chain is very pretty and done in a sort of twist form.
The chain and bail of the pendant are both marked 14K.
This piece is in fabulous overall condition. There are no chips, no cracks and no repairs.
The pendant measures 1 inch long, the chain measures 19 1/2 inches long and the whole necklace weighs 8.1 grams.
