Georg Jensen Danish Sterling Silver 63pc Acorn Flatware Set No Monos
Presented is a wonderful Georg Jensen sterling silver 63 piece flatware set.
This set is made in the classic and very popular Acorn pattern, which began
production in 1915. This is a very stylish pattern featuring a stylized acorn
and foliate design to the terminals of the handles. International also produced
silver emulating this pattern which is more or less identical, under the name
Royal Danish, so pieces in that pattern will match this set as well. This
particular set provides service for 8 with 7 piece place settings (minus one
smaller fork and four knives), with a double complement of teaspoons and four
serving pieces. The dinner knives have sterling handles and stainless blades,
while the butter knives are entirely made of silver.
