First Quarter 1900's American 14k White Gold Cameo Pin/Pendant w/ Diamond

Presented is a nice vintage American 14k white gold cameo pin/pendant. This pin/pendant is well made. The cameo has a beautiful necklace with an old mine cut diamond that's about 10 points. This pin is done in an octagonal shape.
