Presented is an incredible quality Italian 18 karat yellow gold, pearl, diamond
and ruby gemstone necklace. The necklace is strung with pearls and 18 karat
yellow gold beads; the pearls measure about 3.8 millimeters in diameter and the
beads are about 2.8 millimeters. The pendant portion is securely prong and bezel
set with modern brilliant cut diamonds and tear-drop shaped ruby gemstones. The
pendant portion is gorgeous and really sparkles in the light! The pendant is
prong set with 96 diamonds and bezel set with 2 larger diamonds. The prong set
diamonds average about 2.5 points in size, while the bezel set diamonds are
about 8 points and 25 points in size, for a total diamond weight of about
2.75ct. The diamonds are vibrant, dazzling stones, mostly VS clarity but with
the smaller bezel set diamond being SI-1. The color is likewise a good H/I for
all except the bezel set which are J color. The center of the heart is set with
3 rubies, totaling at least a carat in weight, with really nice medium red
color.
