Presented is a lovely, little pocket watch with a 14 karat gold case by the Waltham Watch Co.. This mechanical movement watch has a black and white enameled face with Arabic numbers and a smaller, seconds hand dial. The back cover has a great monogram of the initials SPH and opens to reveal a second or dust cover engraved: Susan P. Holt 1906. Obviously this watch was made in 1906 or perhaps a few years earlier.
The movement is marked Waltham Mass and 15 Jewels, the inside of the back cover is marked 14K and B.W.C. Co. The entire case is guaranteed to be 14 karat gold.
The watch case is in excellent condition. All of the hinges work well and everything snaps securely shut. There is one small dent to the side of the case, and there is a small scratch to the crystal covering the dial. The enameled dial is in excellent condition and has no chips or cracks. The movement itself is in excellent working condition. This watch has been professionally cleaned and is guaranteed for 30 days from the time of arrival. There are no other dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals, and no other problems of any kind.
